Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605.

As a Financial Analyst Sr with Insight, you will be providing support to North America leaders and focuses on providing analysis, forecasting and analyzing financial results, primarily focused on managing G&A expenses. They are key business partners with the business leadership and will work with them in a collaborative manner. This is a dynamic position requiring the successful candidate to utilize a broad range of financial, process, operational and strong communication skills; combined with strong business acumen. This person will be part of a team with other analysts and/or senior analysts providing guidance and input from finance to our leaders and teammates.

As Financial Analyst Sr. , You Will Get To

• Responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and planning support to business partners and Executive leadership
• Provide guidance and recommendations to department and Executive leadership on their forecasts, budgets and all financial aspects of their operational decisions
• Assist in creating and updating cost and OPEX budgets (Expense, Headcount, etc.)
• Assist in creating process improvements and provide recommendations
• Assist in the creation of internal reports and dashboards
• Gather and organize semi-complex financial data and information
• Analyze and interpret financial data for use in management reviews

We Are Looking For a Financial Analyst Sr. With

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Amenable to work on night shift and hybrid set up
• 2 years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting function.
• 2 years’ experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis or developing.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
