Overview:

The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the R&D finance function. Reporting to the Sr Director of Finance, this role will partner closely with R&D leaders to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of partnering with budget owners and presenting data to assist in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. Responsibilities:

• Assist in budget management, including headcount planning, travel and entertainment expense forecasting, and other discretionary spend budgeting for the global Netskope R&D team.
• Support Accounting in the close process each month-end, ensuring accurate and timely financials.
• Partner with team members to assist in forecasting, analyzing, and reconciling program spend aimed at driving pipeline growth for the Company.
• Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis.
• Participate in the annual planning process.
  
  

Requirements:

• Working hours schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 - 15:00 Philippine Standard Time.
• 4+ years of finance experience working in high-growth technology, with experience in Cloud / SaaS.
• Marketing and/or GTM-function finance experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of P&L components, U.S. GAAP, unit economics, commercial functions, and common SaaS metrics .
• Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization.
• Strong Excel/Google sheets proficiency required.
• Systems experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, Workday, and/or Salesforce would be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required.
