• Analyzes financial impact of business decisions prior to the launch of projects
• Recommends alternative courses of action to ensure financial indicators are favorable to the company
• Assists in the acquisition of properties by conducting financial feasibility studies
• Coordinates with functional teams to firm up business assumptions for the proposed projects
• Other special projects that may be assigned by superior from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years financial analysis and modeling experience
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Preferably with Experience in Real Estate
