Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning by maintaining headcount forecasts and utilization models.
- Conduct demand forecasting tied to client hiring needs and recruitment activity.
- Track expenses across departments and deliver monthly variance analyses.
- Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and financial model updates.
- Produce regular financial reports and summaries for leadership review.
- 5+ years of related experience (FP&A, finance, or workforce analytics)
- Strong accounting knowledge, including IFRS/U.S. GAAP familiarity
- Proven experience in forecasting and data modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advantageous: experience in BPO, outsourcing, or recruitment-heavy organizations
