Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
Providing accurate and timely information to customers
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
