An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Account - Call Centre Agent at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Angeles City Pampanga. As a full-time Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and financial account management to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
Providing accurate and timely information to customers
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborating with team members to provide seamless customer support
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with financial products and services
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
