We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Account professional to join our team at the Concentrix MOA site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What You'll Do
Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Analyze financial data to identify trends and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in financial accounting or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
