Role: Finance Team Lead

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles

Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description:

-Responsible for month end closing of books including:

• Review and approval of vendor bills, accruals, amortizations
• PFRS 16 reconciliation
• Review and analysis of BS & PL accounts
• Preparation of AP Turnover and other monthly required reports

-Key person for the financial audit

-Preparation of financial reconciliation and financial statements

-Preparation of cash position report

-Provide assistance on budgeting

-Creation/Update of ISO documentations

-Monitoring of leases, insurances, permits and other necessary agreements with the vendors

Qualification and requirements:

• Must be a CPA
• 3 years experience in accounts payable or finance roles, with a focus on team management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems, Netsuite), Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Strong focus on accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Ability to address issues efficiently and effectively
• Strong relationship-building abilities to work with other departments and vendors.
• Flexibility to handle changes in processes or priorities
