Work you’ll do
- Prepares the journal entries workflow.
- Supports month-end and year-end accounting close processes.
- Performs account reconciliation.
- Monitors and analyzes general ledger accounts, checks for discrepancies if any.
- Assists with monthly financial statement variance analysis and accruals.
- Prepares and reviews assigned schedules in a timely manner to support financial reports either monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- Responsible for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of financial reports for FIG and other reports required by SEA/Head Office.
- Supports the annual audit process by preparing relevant schedules and documentation.
- Ensures compliance with accounting standards and FIG manual.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or similar courses.
- CPA is an advantage but not preferred.
- With 3-5 years of relevant experience gained from related industries.
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office suite.
