Finance Operations Manager (HPPI)

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute financial operations, in particular claims and reimbursement processing, ensuring integrity and efficiency of financial operations
• Introduce and drive process and system improvements for healthcare claims operations with a focus on automation and efficiency
• Develop and enhance reporting tools within the Hive Portal, ensuring data accuracy for hospital bills, procedures, and professional fees
• Generate comprehensive reports for internal review.
• Manage a financial operations team focused on claims processing to drive towards achievement of department and company goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in financial operations, systems integration, or claims management.
• Ability to comprehend and navigate healthcare claims processes (healthcare experience not required, but is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset, ideally with a track record of deploying improvements in business processes.
• Experience in process automation and system integration is a plus, with the ability to work independently on solutions without reliance on product development teams.
• Curious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
