- Resolving direct customer queries to ensure a positive experience.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and resolving outstanding reconciliation items.
- Making payments through the banking portal.
- Analyzing data sets to support efficient processing within the team.
- Investigating and actioning compliance-related instructions.
- Assisting in team projects as needed.
- Preparing data for bi-annual audits.
- Championing a specific banking channel or operational process.
- Continuously improving and updating role procedures.
- Engaging fully with the finance team and contributing to overall finance functions.
- Strong understanding of financial transaction processing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with bank reconciliations and payment processing
- High attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
