A Glimpse into Your New Role In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring that all financial data aligns with company standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the Finance team in various tasks, including:

• Processing daily financial transactions such as Direct Debits, Credit Cards, BPAY, and customer refunds.
• Handling monthly tasks with a focus on meeting strict deadlines.
• Resolving direct customer queries to ensure a positive experience.
• Conducting bank reconciliations and resolving outstanding reconciliation items.
• Making payments through the banking portal.
• Analyzing data sets to support efficient processing within the team.
• Investigating and actioning compliance-related instructions.
• Assisting in team projects as needed.
• Preparing data for bi-annual audits.
• Championing a specific banking channel or operational process.
• Continuously improving and updating role procedures.
• Engaging fully with the finance team and contributing to overall finance functions.
