Finance Officer - AP & AR (AU Construction Management Software, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of AP and AR processes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software Xero and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consumer or retail industries
• Making payments in different markets such as US and EU

What will you do?

AP Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding payables and ensure proper follow-ups.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end AP closing and reporting.

AR Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices to customers.
• Track and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process incoming payments and allocate them accurately.
• Maintain customer records and ensure up-to-date financial data.

General Accounting Support:

• Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
• Support the preparation of financial reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist external tax accountants by providing necessary documentation
