Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in preparing for audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Support the finance team in monthly and annual closing activities.
- Monitor financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the organization.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least [3] years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
