Job Summary: The Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing the organizations financial resources and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of end-to-end financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Handle taxation matters, including filing, reporting, and liaising with relevant government agencies
- Oversee the business permit renewal process and ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Manage financial records and transactions across multiple companies, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed
- Support management in financial decision-making through data analysis and reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Bachelors degree in accountancy (BS Accountancy)
- 35 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance
- Experience in handling financial operations for multiple entities
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
