Loyalty Program Finance Officer
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Tracks, monitors and prepares reports on program financials and KPIs
- Execute payments and settlement process
- Develops program financial budget and forecasts
- Evaluates partnerships business case and provides recommendations
- Works with bank’s central finance unit and ensures compliance with accounting standards
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive program performance
- Evaluates internal management systems, procedures, and risks, and provides recommendations to management
- Leads analytics and performance reporting projects
- A degree in accounting, finance or related course
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and with high organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills
