As a Finance Manager, you will:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Manage financial reporting and compliance activities.
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.
- Supervise finance team operations and performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial management roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strategic planning and forecasting skills
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian finance leadership experience is a plus
