About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Agri Exim Global Philippines Inc. This is a full-time position based in Santa Cruz Davao del Sur. As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organisation, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic financial decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures
• Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term financial strategies

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance management role, preferably in the accounting industry
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
• Proven track record of implementing financial controls and driving process improvements
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a finance team
