We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a fast-growing organization. This role will oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial strategy to support business growth. The Head of Finance will play a critical role as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights, building forecasting models, evaluating investments, and consolidating regional financial reports for business planning.
This position requires a seasoned finance leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic vision, while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities

This role will oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial strategy to support business growth. The Head of Finance will play a critical role as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights, building forecasting models, evaluating investments, and consolidating regional financial reports for business planning.
This position requires a seasoned finance leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic vision, while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning and analysis, assessing company performance and risks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SEC & BIR) and timely submission of all reports.
- Develop annual budgets, financial projections, and forecasting models in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
- Consolidate and coordinate regional reports for business planning.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide financial advisory support to the leadership team for critical decision-making.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring appropriate controls and financial discipline.
- Oversee finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and both Financial and Management Accounting.
- Guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance.
- Ensure accounting activities and audits align with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Implement and manage finance IT systems and tools.
- Build and maintain banking relationships and manage borrowing arrangements as needed.
- Mentor, train, and develop the finance team.
- No high-impact financial incidents.
- Accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
- Strong financial partnership and support for business leaders.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Must be a CPA or CFA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in cash flow management, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and tools
