Finance Executive (Controllership & Reporting)

Job Description Summary Perform Philippines Country Controllership and Reporting activities Job Description Reporting to Country Finance Manager and support Philippines Country Controllership activities for : 1.Perform and provide oversight over Shared Service Center of transactional finance and financial close activities (including order-to-cash, requisition-to-pay, payroll, travel & expenses, fixed assets, distributor claims & accruals, inter-company etc) 2.Support local entity statutory and financial reporting/compliance 3.Support local entity management reporting 4.Support local direct and indirect tax reporting/compliance 5.Support treasury/banking, cash flow management/forecast and inter-company activities 6.Support Country Finance oversight on compliance with SOX/Internal Controls, Finance Policy Guide, BD Business Conduct and Compliance Guide, Commercial Compliance and local laws and regulations 7.Maintain local Finance/Company policies/procedures and conduct periodic assurance review to ensure consistency and compliance 8.Support internal and external audits 9.Support Distributor/customer credit management and control; Support A/R collection and reconciliation 10.Support quarterly projection and annual strategic planning and budgeting activities (Legal P&L, Tax, Balance Sheet and Capex, Philippines expenses) 11.Perform monthly analysis & reporting of Country expenses (Shipping, Selling, General & Admin cost) Required Skills Optional Skills Primary Work Location PHL Manila - Taguig City Additional Locations Work Shift
