- Responsible for filing supplier invoices and official receipts accurately and efficiently
- Conducts Balance Sheet reconciliations and Vendor reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Support and assist in providing report / schedules for 2025 interim audited financial statement
- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives within the financial controlling processes
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
- Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); With basic understating of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Preferably with continuous Improvement mindset
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
