Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Finance in overseeing and managing the company's financial activities and performance.
- Prepare, review, and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and consolidations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Support the Head of Finance in strategic initiatives and long-term financial planning.
- CPA
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, or equivalent role.
- Strong industry background in Retail, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals (current or prior experience required).
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax compliance.
- Proficient in financial systems, ERP software, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
