We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, and the ability to drive strategic financial planning.

What You'll Do
Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Develop budgets and forecasts to guide business decisions.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
