The FINANCIAL CONTROLLER is responsible for overseeing the governance of the Accounting Functions of the organization.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:

The FINANCIAL CONTROLLER is responsible for overseeing the governance of the Accounting Functions of the organization.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
- Building a high-performing accounting team.
- Developing robust financial systems and controls.
- Ensuring revenue maximization and expense optimization.
- Providing financial recommendations for business development initiatives.
- Collaborating with department heads to analyze financial data and monitor budgets to enhance the companys financial position.
- Verifying the accuracy of reports, particularly for audits and government reporting.
- Assisting the CFO in consulting with the board of directors on strategies to achieve company targets and drive business performance across all brands and departments.
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and CPA certification.
- Experience in a senior management role leading a team.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Controller within the casual dining or equivalent food industry, or local FMCG.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience across all facets of accountancy.
- Proficiency in SAP is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in building a strong internal control framework to safeguard company assets and interests.
- Strong financial management skills.
