Work Details
- Client: Real Estate (Housing Development) Company
- Job Type: Direct-hire, Full-time Employment
- Work Setup: 5x a week Report to Ortigas, Pasig; Day shift
- Acting as a key business partner in tracking performance and driving profitability.
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
- Performance analysis and implementing actions to support strategy.
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.
- Providing an oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant
- More than 20 years of working experience in a real estate development company, at least 10 years at the same level of capacity
- Experience in crafting financial strategies and models
- Experience in Business Systems and Intelligence
- Experience in ERP sourcing and implementation
- Experience in Joint Venture and business startup
- Experience in regulatory audits i.e. BIR, SEC, LGUProven track record of successful entrepreneurial leading
- With work experience in Real Estate industries specializing in housing projects
- With strong leadership skills (will lead Millenials and Gen Z)
- Can train, mentor, and supervise millennials and gen-z managers
- Excellent Presentation Skills
