What You’ll Do
The O2I CSS Global Services team is a newly established division within the O2I CSS Organization,
focused on centralizing specific business operating models and processes such as Business One, Test
Demo and Development, Active Renewals, and OEM. Our team manages the end-to-end process from
booking to invoicing for partners and customers, working closely with the Global Services Director, 1
Finance Manager, 1 Functional Lead, and 3 Process Coordinators.Our team currently consists of 32 colleagues located in three different regions (Manila, Prague, Buenos
Aires), all working together in a collaborative, supportive, and knowledge-sharing environment. Our
objective is to provide best-in-class service and continuously improve upon it, making your role essential
to our success.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via ticketing system
- Manage support tickets to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Gather and document relevant information for escalation to higher-level support teams as needed
- Provide guidance and solutions to internal customers on general queries
- Providing post-sales support, as needed.
- Responding to internal and external queries within the Service Level Agreement.
- Ensuring month/quarter end close activities are completed timely and accurately.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and efficient communication
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Provide feedback to the team regarding common issues and trends
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ticketing system is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail, a high level of organization, and strong follow-up skills.
- Adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems with minimum supervision.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism.
- Strong team player attributes and work ethics.
- Highly skilled in team collaboration and able to work effectively with team members across different regions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
