Primary Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Prepares business cases and cost comparative analysis related to EFM’s initiatives to reduce cost or increase efficiency of the department
• Prepares cost & benefit analysis to aid the EFM department in entering a contract (short-term and long-term)
  

Contracts Management

• Coordinates with end-users of contracts and ensures that what was contracted are communicated to the end-users of the service
• Identifies opportunities or alternative options for cost reduction with the existing contracts and agreements in place
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any equivalent course
• Must be analytical and detail-oriented
