Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline the Procure to Pay process.
- Utilize MS Office tools to enhance reporting and data analysis for accounts payable.
- Implement best practices in finance and accounting to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage payment schedules and address any payment issues.
- Analyze supply chain data to optimize accounts payable operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements in accounts payable.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on accounts payable processes.
- Contribute to the companys financial health by ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Supply Chain management and MS Office applications.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
- Possess expertise in Procure to Pay Procurement and Finance & Accounting.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
- Display excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Be adaptable to changing work environments and priorities.
