This includes assisting the team in preparing and monitoring the customer invoices and collection receipts, checking the supplier’s invoices, expenses and liquidation reports, preparing and updating of tax schedules, journals and consolidation of documents related to tax audits and other related accounting works as assigned by the team.

Job Description
About the Role:
- Monitoring and printing of Sales Invoices and preparation of Collection Receipts.
- Examine the details of Supplier Invoices and attachments in Expense Reports if compliant with BIR.
- Update of Manual Books of Accounts such as General Journal, Sales Journal, Purchase Journal, Cash Receipts and Disbursements Journal and General Ledger
- Assist in preparation of tax schedules and other relevant reports that will be assigned by the Finance team
- Knowledgeable in Accounting and MS Excel
- Has a pleasing personality and good moral character.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Dedication to work and has the drive to excellence
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
