Title: Finance & Admin Specialist
The Finance and Admin Specialist is responsible for providing assistance in implementing the Jollibee Group Foundation’s financial and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
The Finance and Admin Specialist is responsible for providing assistance in implementing the Jollibee Group Foundation’s financial and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
- Financial Management: Handles accounts payable and receivable, processes invoices, reconciles accounts, ensures accurate input of financial records, and coordinates with the team and departments for timely fund releases using a computerized finance system.
- Supplier Management: Communicates with suppliers and partner organizations to facilitate required documents and ensure timely fund disbursement.
- Administrative Operations: Manages correspondence, meetings, and office supplies; coordinates cost-efficient service providers for logistics needs; and provides admin support for day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Graduate of any course
- At least 3 years of finance & admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy in handling and recording information
- Able to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and changing circumstances
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up)
