What You'll Do
As a Finance and Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire accounting process while also extending to manage the Admin & HR processes within the unit.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable (local and foreign, payroll, BIR and Gov’t)
- Prepare credit or debit notes and reconcile record for intercompany accounts
- Support reconciliation with customers and sales personnel
- Manage cash flow and cash management
- Prepare monthly and weekly cashflow for Managing Director’s approval
- Manage preparation of financial reports – Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Business Unit Segments Results, Budget Plan, BIR Audit and External Audit
- Handle BIR Audit and prepare transmittal and analysis report/support against initial findings of BIR Auditor
- Manage the Admin and HR processes in the unit
- Knowledge of DOLE compliances and business permits
- Assist in salary negotiations and other HR related discussions in the Country organization

- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
- Knowledge of handling BIR Audit and FS preparation preferred
- Must know how to compute payroll and government deductions
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Proficient in Accounting Systems (preferably QuickBooks)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Knowledge of EFPS and MBOS online payment
