Finance & Admin Manager

The ideal candidate for this Finance & Administration Manager position brings a wealth of experience to the table. With a minimum of 10 years in a relevant role, you have honed your skills in handling BIR Audit and FS preparation.

What You'll Do

As a Finance and Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire accounting process while also extending to manage the Admin & HR processes within the unit.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable (local and foreign, payroll, BIR and Gov’t)
• Prepare credit or debit notes and reconcile record for intercompany accounts
• Support reconciliation with customers and sales personnel
• Manage cash flow and cash management
• Prepare monthly and weekly cashflow for Managing Director’s approval
• Manage preparation of financial reports – Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Business Unit Segments Results, Budget Plan, BIR Audit and External Audit
• Handle BIR Audit and prepare transmittal and analysis report/support against initial findings of BIR Auditor
• Manage the Admin and HR processes in the unit
• Knowledge of DOLE compliances and business permits
• Assist in salary negotiations and other HR related discussions in the Country organization

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
• Knowledge of handling BIR Audit and FS preparation preferred
• Must know how to compute payroll and government deductions
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Proficient in Accounting Systems (preferably QuickBooks)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Knowledge of EFPS and MBOS online payment
