Job Description
- Responsible for handling the receiving of Field Service Report (FSR) company assets and coordinating with the inventory management team. This role ensures that all assets are accurately documented, properly stored, and efficiently managed to support field operations.
- Inventory Updates: Ensure that all received assets are promptly and accurately recorded and endorsed to the inventory management system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure seamless integration of received assets into the overall inventory.
- Reconciliation: Assist in the regular reconciliation of physical inventory with system records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient storage system, ensuring that assets are easily accessible and identifiable.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments, including field operations, logistics, and procurement, to ensure smooth asset management and handling processes.
- Issue Resolution: Address any issues related to received assets, such as damage or discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly
- Asset Verification: Verify and inspect all incoming FSR company assets for accuracy, condition, and completeness upon receipt.
- Documentation: Accurately document the receipt of assets, including serial numbers, descriptions, quantities, and any discrepancies.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed reports of received assets, discrepancies, and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- With professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig, City. (No work from home)
- Can start immediately.
