- Experience in Automation is highly advantage
- Monitor and Assist Machine Set Up and PMS
- Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting
- Basic PLC Programming
- Monitor Service Reports of Service Engineers
- Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna
- Must know how to drive manual and automatic
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Resolving service problems and improving service methods to increase the service productivity and customer service
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
- Communicate to all suppliers local and abroad in case of technical issues of machines
