• Delivers high quality customer service by providing effective service strategy within the branch.
• Completes basic transactions for customers within the branch.
• Educates customers on loan type products and provides appropriate answers to customer inquiries.
• Works with business partners to grow the customer base through direct contact with the public.
• Takes ownership of customer concerns and continually strives to be the primary connection between the customer and organization in order to ensure a consistent and valued customer experience.
• Communicates effectively with business leaders and community members with regard to loan type products and services.
