Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₱40,000-₱45,000
  • Monthly Performance Bonus up to ₱10,000
    • Total compensation could be up to ₱55,000/monthly! (base + bonus)
  • Internet Reimbursement up to ₱2,000 Per Month
  • Annual Paid Company Outing
  • Paid Time Off Up to 8 Calendar Days Per Year
What You Should Already Have

  • Good communication skills.
  • Should be residing around Cebu or Manila, and willing to travel to various locations.
  • Assertive attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment field, preferably in sales in the BPO setting.
  • Experience in visiting onsite recruitment hubs for direct interaction to interact with potential candidates for screening and interview.
  • A diploma or degree in HR/Business Administration will be considered an asset (not required), however a combination of relevant experience is mandatory.
  • Resulted-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates.
  • Nice to have: Flexible working hours for global collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates by visiting and establishing a strong presence at onsite recruitment hubs, career fairs, and educational institutions to attract and connect with qualified individuals.
  • Spearhead the sourcing process. develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with prospective candidates and keeping abreast of industry trends and talent availability.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain applicant tracking systems.
  • Work closely with the talent team to understand the needs of hiring managers/stakeholders.
  • Assist with onboarding documents and processes.
  • Coordinate logistics to facilitate hiring initiatives.
  • Handle administrative support including but not limited to reference, criminal, and credit checks.

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: Initial Contact - Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will connect with you to confirm your experience and understand what you're looking for.
  • Step 2: Interviews & Assessment - If there's a fit, you'll be scheduled for an interview with the Hiring Manager. Successful candidates will then undergo a background check, including verification of your identity and work-from-home setup.
  • Step 3: Offer & Onboarding - Once you pass the background check, you'll receive your job offer and begin onboarding. This includes scheduling time with our Technical Team to ensure your computer is properly set up for your first day.
