The Field Operations team's mission is to support the global field advisory services teams with urgency, transparency, and accuracy. We're passionate about helping them scale and achieve their goals because their success is our success.
We're hiring a Field Operations Specialist for our Partner Program with a background in Customer Service and program support management. You will report to the Field Operations Team Lead based in the Philippines. Here, you'll provide the support for both of our internal teams and customers to support Partners. You will play an important part in supporting the adoption and use of Atlassian products, and will provide an important feedback loop into product and sales teams so we can continue to improve and refine our offerings.

Responsibilities
What you'll do
- You will use your background in B2B or B2C customer service to provide support for our internal sales team and external customers.
- You will demonstrate your customer support skills to delight both stakeholders and external customers.
- You are going to learn new systems and processes to support Partners.
- You will work with a geographically dispersed team and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience, including Sales, Finance, Partner Operations and Partner Program.
- You will aim to live the value of “Don’t #@!% the customer.”
Your background
- Background in providing Partner support through several channels, including direct and indirect sales.
- Customer service background with the use of empathy, positive language and attentiveness.
- You can translate technical issues in non-technical terms.
- You can manage high-volume and demands.
- You are able to shift from one function to another with relative ease and proficiency
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- You have demonstrated talent at inspiring change from customer feedback.
- Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products, and experience using Service Desk tools.
- Understanding of program for Partners.
- Worked on process improvement projects.
- Salesforce and Coupa experience.
- Experience documenting processes.
