What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • Receipt and control of documents that includes:
    • Acknowledging receipt of document through the system
    • Manual checking of documents to ensure that the information are complete and all documents are accounted
  • Arranging documents in prescribed batch and folder
  • Data Encoding/Data Cleaning
  • Arranging shipping / transmittal of documents going to the Central Office
You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Senior High School or Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred
  • 0 -3+ years of progressive experience in customer service and data entry
    • Typing speed and accuracy
    • Basic computer operation skills
    • Team player and good interpersonal skills
    • Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
