The Field Auditor is responsible for conducting on-site audits and assessments at client or branch locations to ensure compliance with operational, financial, and regulatory standards. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. This position may involve frequent travel to various sites.

- Conduct field audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review operational processes, financial records, inventory, and documentation to identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive audit reports, including findings and corrective action recommendations.
- Coordinate with branch or client personnel during audit activities to gather necessary information and validate data.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Identify risks, potential discrepancies, and opportunities to strengthen internal controls.
- Ensure adherence to audit schedules and timelines.
- Communicate audit results professionally and provide guidance to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing methods.
- Understanding of industry standards, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in field auditing, compliance, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit-related tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to conduct audits.
