Job Description

• Main contact person for SCM FF ADAS
• Leading the day to day business for SCM FF ADAS
• Responsible for Customer Logistics, Production Planning, NPL, and Material Planning in the FF
• Responsible for the early escalation to Plant SCM Lead if there is a risk for fulfilling customer demands in time
• Manages "Make, Source, Deliver" guidelines and policies and take care that they are cost effective and cost optimized
• Establishes robust processess in their area
• Responsible to meet the KPI like TR, Delivery Perfomance, PF, LogCost, a.s.o.
• Responsible to install improvement actions and drives a structured deviation management
• Responsible in safeguarding the flow of information and material transfer towards customer Besides an explicit orientation to customer requirements.
• Checks plausibility of customer demands and take into account the maximum customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for planning, controlling and effective production, to ensure a smooth flow of production orders in order to meet customer deliver dates and to make the most efficient use of time and resources.
• Responsible for the procurement of all production materials.
• Ensures the availability of the material needed in the request of the amount, quality and the right time as determined in the production plan
• Ensures the managing of all SCM aspects within the life cycle of a certain part; this includes ensuring a smooth ramp up, material master data maintenance for each phase including phase out. Responsible for safeguarding the material availability until the defined phase out date, considering all kind of changes in time and quantity
• Support the Conti Automotive, BA, PC, PL-Logistics
• Support CBS Projects
• Creating and control training plans for each employee specific
• Installs Leader Standard work
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in Economics, SCM or Engineering
• Working in Customer, Production Planning and Material Planning Leader. Knowledge of Toyota Production System, 5S, Problem solving tools, SAP, Microsoft reporting tools
• Familiar with the standard SCM Processes make, source, delivery
• Leading people for minimum of 3 years
