We're looking for:
SUPERVISOR, FG WAREHOUSING SERVICES
(Workbase: Cogon, Compostela, Cebu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day operations of the offsite warehouses pertaining to receipt, handling, storage, and dispatching of Finished goods products; as well as creation and implementation of procedures and performance measurements, productivity, and reporting.
- Ensuring that warehousing operations are conducted with complete accuracy and most effective manner.
- Ensuring stock availability of all SKU in the warehouse at all times and maintaining a standard minimum stocking level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain management, or any business-related course.
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must have strong analytical skills, leadership, and with exceptional negotiation skills.
- With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
