  • PERFORM FIELD NECROPSIES FOR ACCURATE DISEASE DIAGNOSIS AND RECOMMEND APPROPRIATE MITIGATION

METHODS

  • DEVELOP AND OVERSEE THE EXECUTION OF MEDICATION AND VACCINATION PROTOCOLS
  • IMPLEMENTING AND ENFORCING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES OF FARM BIOSECURITY IN COORDINATION WITH

THE PRODUCTION AND FARM SYSTEM TEAM

  • PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL OPINION AND LEADERSHIP REGARDING ALL ASPECTS OF SWINE MANAGEMENT
  • DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO MINIMIZE DISEASE RISK THROUGH APPROPRIATE DIAGNOSTIC, LIVESTOCK HEALTH MONITORING,

VACCINATION PROGRAM AND PIG MOVEMENT

  • CONDUCTS REGULAR SOP AND BIOSECURITY AUDITS
  • CONDUCT THOROUGH REVIEW OF FARM MANAGEMENT CHARTS.
  • PROVIDES SEMINARS AND TRAININGS IN FARM PERSONNEL
  • OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED NECESSARY TO IMPROVE PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE
