Facility Security Assistant

Your Role

Oversee daily operations and physical security measures to protect employees, occupants, and facility assets, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks to predict and prevent equipment and/or facility downtime
• Supervise technical trades (on security systems) ensuring completion of all service requests/concerns/issues with quality and in a timely manner.
• CCTV systems for any suspicious activity or breaches.
• Oversee the use of access cards and entry points, ensuring only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Identify, propose, document, and communicate potential improvements to the FM team.
• Assist with preparing quotations and tendering contracts ensuring commercial competitiveness, manage security budgets and coordinate with suppliers
• Keep accurate records of security logs, visitors, deliveries, and security inspections
• Act as the first responder to any security breaches or incidents. Collaborate with QHSE Dept. for the ERT implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree
• OSH Practitioner is an advantage
• Smart Office
• CCTV & Door Access System (Hik Vision)
• Proficient in MS application
