Job Title: Facilities Team Lead (Facilities Manager)

Schedule: Day Shift | 7 AM- 4 PM PH Time

Salary: PHP 45,000–60,000

Key Duties

• Supervise the facilities team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Establish and implement effective Facilities Management processes to streamline operations.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and execute maintenance plans and schedules.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for any facility-related issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within facilities management.
• Strong understanding of Facilities Management processes and operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Facilities software/tools (e.g., CMMS, BMS)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Certifications in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA CFM or FMP) are an advantage
