Summary: As the Facilities Engineer Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring that all facilities management processes are efficiently established and executed.

- Lead and manage the Facilities Engineering team, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Establish and implement Facilities Management processes, procedures, and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize facility operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility needs and improve overall functionality.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in a facilities management or engineering role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Knowledge of establishing and maintaining Facilities Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with day-to-day operations and technical troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or engineering (e.g., IFMA, BOMA) preferred.
