The Facilities Services Program Specialist will be the single point of contact focused on the imperatives of leading projects related to RE&WS Facilities Services that is compliant with the local and global guidelines.
Facilities Services Program Specialist
- Ensures the company and Departmental functions are legally and ethically while meeting its business goals. ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the standards of internal organizations, vendors and regulations.
- Enables a safe work environment and ensures compliance with all applicable Safety, health and environmental operating procedures through program management and documentation of key criteria in the evaluation of performance. Ensures facility procedures comply will all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute Build, Operate, Renovate, Churn and Move projects based on the strategic plan, portfolio reviews, or on an ad hoc business need.
- Provide in-country site specific support to Global Security and Safety (GSS) who maintain corporate responsibility for security programs including but not limited to the colleagues badge program, access control, and Video Surveillance Systems, and Security Risk Review Program, other duties include managing WTW Key Controls, Policies and Procedure, the Site Emergency Response team (ERT), and the First Aid programs.
- Serve as liaison with local building management and security officials for safety and security-related issues.
- Contributes to Global and Regional RE&WS initiatives, including but not limited to Workplace strategy, Sustainability and Wellbeing (e.g. Inclusion and Diversity supporting Workplace).
- With oan perations corporate background, understanding and collaboration of BCP planning, Disaster risk, Facilities, Space utilization, Occupational health and Security management
The Requirements:
- Project Management Skills
- Facilities Management Background
- Must have attention to detail and must be able to roll out global policies locally
- Proven record of providing excellent internal customer service
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of standard business practices and the ability to analyze data
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from other businesses
- Background in Occupational Health and Safety and Business Continuity Planning
- Willingness to work on either APAC/EMEA/US
