Role
In this role, your mission is to lead and optimize the overall management of GoTeam’s facilities operations. You will make a direct impact by:
Experience
You have at least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management, with proven experience supervising maintenance teams and managing vendors.
Education
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Licensed Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.
Certifications
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certification (BOSH or COSH) from a DOLE-accredited provider preferred.
Technical Skills
You are proficient in facilities management software (CRM/CMS) and can leverage AI tools to improve processes.
You are skilled in budgeting, vendor management, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
Non-Negotiables
Onsite work setup (HM Tower, IT Park)
Day shift availability (5 AM–2 PM, Monday–Friday; may vary based on business needs)
Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
Bonus Points
Experience in a BPO, corporate, or large-scale office environment.
Strong background in disaster risk management and emergency response.
