Job Qualification:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Must have a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
- At least 3 years of work experience in the facilities management industry.
- Lead and motivate maintenance teams and contractors to meet objectives
- Coordinate projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Identify issues, analyze situations, and implement practical solutions
- Manage facility projects like renovations, relocations, and upgrades
- Possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Handle budgeting, expense control, and financial planning
- Adapt to changing environments and operational demands
- Ensure facility safety, security, and compliance with risk management protocols
- Build strong working relationships through effective interpersonal skills
- Use data analysis and innovation to drive efficiency and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failure and extend asset life.
- Implement fast-response protocols to address issues with minimal disruption.
- Optimize workspace layout and functionality for productivity and flexibility.
- Monitor and reduce energy usage to support cost savings and sustainability.
- Conduct safety audits, training, and risk mitigation to maintain a safe facility.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels; manage procurement and vendor coordination.
- Generate monthly consumption reports and ensure stock availability.
- Prepare and disseminate accurate reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Serve as liaison for employees, visitors, and stakeholders regarding facility issues.
- Review gate passes and access permits, coordinating with building management.
- Supervise team performance, provide coaching, and ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct regular team meetings to resolve issues and align on action plans.
- Support strategic planning and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor billing collection and oversee site budgets and cost optimization.
- Manage service providers, contracts, vendor performance, and compliance.
- Centralize vendor information and maintain service quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with landlords, clients, and stakeholders.
- Gather and assess customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Ensure permits, licenses, and certifications are updated and ISO 9001:2015 compliant.
- Monitor timely submission of reports and deliverables to clients.
- Recommend operational improvements for more efficient facility management.
- Participate in company trainings, meetings, and development activities.
