Title: Facilities Management Team Lead
We are seeking a Facilities Management Team Lead to lead a self-directing, multi-skilled team in providing utility services that meet internal customer requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to defined safety and quality standards while maximizing the operational availability and efficiency of Deep Wells, Boilers, Generators, Waste Water Treatment Facility (WTF), and Ventilation units.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Facilities Management Team Lead to lead a self-directing, multi-skilled team in providing utility services that meet internal customer requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to defined safety and quality standards while maximizing the operational availability and efficiency of Deep Wells, Boilers, Generators, Waste Water Treatment Facility (WTF), and Ventilation units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team to deliver utility services effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee the operational efficiency of utility systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service requirements.
- Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years in a management role within a utilities environment, preferably in a food processing plant.
- Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Computer literate with strong analytical skills.
- Amenable to work in Davao City
