Facilities Management - ISP Network Sublead - SPX Express

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Manage the Internet Service Provider team of SPX
• Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Manage all running costs and credits involving ISP that will be the basis of future budgets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for internet service provision
• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation
• Builds and renews master contracts with ISP providers
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of contract renewals
• Support in managing relationships with existing contractors, building administrators, system administrators, and ISP providers

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (CLSSYB), Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related majors
• At least 4 years of experience with network administration, technical coordination, or general IT
• A great track record of successful project management and process improvement is required
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Required to travel locally
