- Records, verifies, and executes transactions with a certain level of complexity according to process documentation.
- Closing
- AP Accrual Tool
- IFRS9
- AKM Process
- GRIR Activity
- FCV Run
- STI/LTI Monitoring (JOIN Entities)
- HB2 Net Result Posting
- Reporting Runbook Steps
- E2L for Closing (Only for items enumerated above)
- Vistex Recon (if applicable)
- Reporting
- Net Sales Data Package and Release
- Reporting Checks (Diagnosis Check and Closing Check)
- Data Package Handover
- ATN Follow-up (E2L, ATN Documentation)
- Divergent Sign Checking
- Acts as Key User depending on module handled.
- Provides audit support.
- Updates and creates documentations whenever required.
- Ensures timely and accurate performance of ICS controls
- Identify/clarify all pending requests for the current closing period
- Perform adjustment Postings due to Revenue Recognition
- Performance of VFX3
- Participates in meetings and Telcos relevant to the role
- Contributes to process improvements and documentation
- Performs other tasks as required by the role
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA.
- Requiring a minimum of 1-year Accounting experience. SSO/BPO experience is an advantage.
- General understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong innovative and LMI Mindset. Knowledgeable in Excel, Power Point and SharePoint. Experience in Excel macros or VBA would be a plus.
- Fluent in English and with strong communication/presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in changing and complex environments
