SENIOR LEADERSHIP

Project Manager / Team Leader

Lead and oversee the entire construction supervision team, ensuring project success through strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.

• At least 15 total years’ experience in design and supervision of road projects
• At least 8 years as a Project Manager / Senior Resident Engineer in supervision of road construction projects.
• At least 3 years’ experience in supervision of civil works contracts implemented under FIDIC conditions.
• Licensed Civil Engineer, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Project Engineer / Highway Engineer

Ensure quality execution of highway construction activities, supervise on-site operations, and maintain compliance with design specifications.

• At least 12 total years’ experience in design and supervision of road and pavement construction.
• At least 6 years as a Project Engineer / Resident Engineer in supervision of road construction projects.
• Licensed Civil Engineer, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Senior Pavement / Materials Engineer

Oversee material quality, pavement construction standards, and ensure all materials meet international specifications and performance criteria.

• At least 10 total years’ experience in design and supervision of road and pavement construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience in supervising and managing quality control of materials for road and pavement construction.
• Licensed Civil Engineer, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Senior Structural / Bridge Engineer

Supervise bridge and structural construction, ensure structural integrity, and maintain compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.

• At least 10 total years’ experience in design and supervision of road and bridge construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience in supervising and managing road and bridge construction.
• Licensed Civil / Structural Engineer, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Senior Environmental Specialist

Ensure environmental compliance, manage ecological impacts, and implement sustainable construction practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Recognized environmental qualification in the Philippines.
• At least 8 years’ experience in similar work.
• Bachelor’s degree, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Senior Road Safety Specialist

Conduct road safety audits, identify accident risk areas, and design and implement safety mitigation measures.

• At least 8 years’ experience of carrying out road safety audits and working as a road safety specialist identifying accident black-spots and designing road safety mitigation works.
• Bachelor’s degree, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Senior Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager

Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards, conduct inspections, and ensure all works meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

• At least 10 total years’ experience in design and supervision of road and bridge construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience in supervising compliance and quality control of materials, methods and works for road and bridge construction.
• Civil Engineer or equivalent, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Senior Planning Engineer

Develop and monitor construction schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely project delivery.

• At least 10 total years’ experience in design and supervision of road and bridge construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience in planning and monitoring of road and bridge construction.
• Civil Engineer, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Quantity Engineer / Contract Administrator

Manage contract administration, conduct quantity surveys, and ensure accurate measurement and billing of construction works.

• At least 10 total years’ experience in design and supervision of road and bridge construction.
• At least 5 years in contract administration and quantity surveying preferably under FIDIC conditions or guidelines.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the design, construction supervision and measurement of road projects.
• Civil Engineer or equivalent.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Oversee electrical systems design and installation, including intelligent traffic management systems, lighting, and power infrastructure.

• At least 10 total years’ experience in electrical design and supervision for road and bridge construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience in supervising and managing electrical works for road and bridge construction.
• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, good proficiency in written and spoken English language.

Miscellaneous Structures and Utilities Head

Oversee construction of drainage systems, utility structures, and miscellaneous works; ensure quality control and accurate measurement.

• At least 8 years’ experience in the design and construction supervision of bridges and drainage works for road projects, quality control and measurement of works within their respective specialisms on road projects.
• Civil Engineer or equivalent.
