Job Qualifications
- Experience in sales is a must.
- Must be willing to work full time.
- Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM.
- Internet speed of at least 5-10 Mbps. (LAN connection preferred)
- Headset/Earphones with working microphone for calls.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain carrier relationships.
- Source/negotiate with qualified carriers to move freight.
- Coordinate with Expedited Service Representatives for updates on delivery timelines.
- Identify issues and work cross-functionally to determine and implement the best solution.
- Provide exceptional service to our carriers and customers.
- Answers and responds to any calls from the customer or carrier and provides assistance or important information.
- Willing to work during EDT timezone.
- Proficient in written and oral English.

- Shifts are always flexible as long as it's more effective for you
- 100% remote work setup
